Autotrader can work pretty well when selling a used car and the previous suggestion for doing the ‘Runs Till Sold’ option is a good deal at only $59.00. If money is tight, you can run your ‘Car For Sale’ ads for free on Craigslist.org, Backpage.com and Kijiji.com. Out of the three of them, I think Craigslist probably gets the most traffic. You can post up to 4 photos on Craigslist so be sure and take some nice pictures of your car and of course spend some time writing a really great description of the vehicle. So your title stands out from all the millions of other ads, be sure to put some kind of symbol before and after it like this:

I also suggest you park your car in an area that gets lots of traffic and plaster it with big ‘Car For Sale’ signs. Put them on all four sides of the car so it can be seen from every angle. Put the selling price on the signs too.
